Targeted intervention is achieved using intelligent micromachines based on DNA nanotechnology. DNA nanotechnology is a technique that utilizes the self-assembly of DNA molecules to form complex nanostructures and functions, and is highly programmable, highly customizable, highly biocompatible, and highly bioresponsive.
