Other instructions: shelf life of half a year under sealed state [Main Advantages] These copolymers can be reversibly assembled onto the AuNP core in aqueous solution to build nanocomponents. The assembly and disassembly processes are initiated by reversible protonation of the TA group and are enabled by regulating the interaction forces between the copolymer and the AuNP nucleus. The nanocomponent has the following advantages: 1. Reversible assembly and disassembly under physiological conditions; 2. AuNP as a self-assembly template; 3. Very few copolymers on AuNP can still be used for biological imaging; 4. nanocomponents are highly sensitive to pH; 5. pHt value of nanocomponents can be adjusted.
