1. Pt @ BP nanohybrid combines the photodynamic activity of BP nanosheet and catalase activity of Pt NPs;
2. Pt NPs on BP nanosheet surface under tumor hypoxia decomposes H2O2 into O2 to relieve tumor hypoxia;
3. The increase of O2 concentration greatly improves the PDT efficiency of BP nanosheet under near infrared (NIR) light;
4. Tumor hypoxia can reduce the expression of HIF-1 α to reduce the apoptotic resistance of tumor and further improve the therapeutic effect.
