溶性ZnSe/ZnS量子點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品是以ZnSe為核心，ZnS為殼層，表面由疏水配體包裹的核/殼型熒光納米材料，平均的量子產(chǎn)率為80%，儲(chǔ)存時(shí)應(yīng)避免陽(yáng)光直射，4度密封暗處保存，可以為客戶訂制生產(chǎn)390nm-440nm波長(zhǎng)左右不同克數(shù)的產(chǎn)品。本產(chǎn)品具有粒徑均一，吸收光譜寬泛，發(fā)射光譜對(duì)稱，熒光強(qiáng)度高而穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)，特別適用于量子點(diǎn)發(fā)光二極管（QLED）的藍(lán)光組成部分，也適用于太陽(yáng)能電池與生物熒光標(biāo)記等領(lǐng)域.
