The oil-soluble perovskite quantum dot product produced by Suzhou Beike Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. is a fluorescent nanomaterial with CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I), the surface is covered by a hydrophobic ligand, and the average quantum yield is 70%. The solvent is n-hexane. Avoid direct sunlight during storage. Store in a sealed dark place at 4°C. Products with different wavelengths from 400nm to 650nm can be customized for customers. This product has the characteristics of uniform particle size, wide absorption spectrum, narrow and symmetrical emission spectrum, and high and stable fluorescence intensity. It can be used in the fields of liquid crystal display, light-emitting diode, solar cell, light-emitting device, and biofluorescent label.
Quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED application)
The high-brightness and high-stability green quantum dot light-emitting diode (G-QLED) device developed by Zhengzhou University, Jilin University, and Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, applied Beike’s perovskite quantum dots, exhibits a series of excellent characteristics : Maximum brightness 3809 cd/m2, current efficiency 2.25 cd/A, external quantum efficiency (EQE) 2.39%. It can maintain 80% of the original device efficiency under 10V voltage for 10 hours without sealing. The article was published in the latest issue of Nano Letters in 2016 sponsored by the American Chemical Society (ACS). The magazine has an impact factor of 13.8 in 2016. It belongs to the first section of the JCR journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and is an authority in the field of nanodevices. This research provides a new technical guidance program for the production of high-efficiency quantum dot lighting devices and full-color display screens.
