40 ul affinity purified rabbit IgG (essentially all antibody is specific for the phospho p38 MAP kinase with pT180-pY182). Does not bind to unphosphorylated p38 MAPK.?

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide containing phosphorylated p38 MAPK motiff (pT180-G-pY182).
Suggested use: 1:1000 for Western blotting or 1:200 -1:500 for immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Short term storage: 2-8 C for up to 1 week.
Long term storage: -20 C or colder for up to 2 years. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
