Mag OH series magnetic microspheres are specially designed for nucleic acid extraction and purification. The surface is modified with a large number of silanol groups (hydroxyl groups), which can pass hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen bond interaction and electrostatic interaction under the conditions of high salt and low pH and the nucleic acid in solution. Specific binding occurs without binding to other impurities (such as proteins). The nucleic acid is quickly separated from biological samples. The operation is safe and simple, which is very conducive to the automation and high-throughput extraction of nucleic acids.
Mag NH2 magnetic beads have the characteristics of superparamagnetism, fast magnetic response, rich amino functional groups, monodispersity and sub-micron particle size, etc., and can be used to remove peptides, proteins, and oligomers under the action of special chemical reagents (such as glutaraldehyde).
