The blood genome extraction kit provides a fast and flexible method for fresh or frozen whole blood (samples treated with anticoagulants such as citrate, EDTA or heparin) to extract total DNA, including genomic DNA and mitochondrial DNA . This product can flexibly process 0.1-20ml whole blood, using a non-spin column method, without the use of phenol, chloroform and other organic solvents, effectively removing protein, pigment, lipid and other inhibitory impurities pollution. The entire process is operated in one tube, reducing the risk of contamination and sample confusion. The extracted DNA has high yield and good quality, and can be directly used in experiments such as PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, enzyme digestion, Southern Blot, and library construction.
